Club RACE had been operating for more than 110 years and wanted to develop a new telephone channel for attracting partners.
RACE wanted to implement an outsourced Telesales customer acquisition channel, offering the RACE Unlimited product, and was looking for an efficient solution for this commercial opportunity.
We began with a pilot and, following its success, we developed a Telesales project that currently provides excellent results.
