RACE, with more than 8 million clients, needed a partner to collaborate with it´s growth strategy.

    Club RACE had been operating for more than 110 years and wanted to develop a new telephone channel for attracting partners.

  • Outsourced Customer Acquisition

    RACE wanted to implement an outsourced Telesales customer acquisition channel, offering the RACE Unlimited product, and was looking for an efficient solution for this commercial opportunity.

This is What we did

We began with a pilot and, following its success, we developed a Telesales project that currently provides excellent results.

  • Our Project for RACE consists in developing a large outsourced channel with more than 100 Telesales reps who on a daily basis contact customers to offer the advantages of becoming a club member.
  • We created a high potential team for the recruitment, training and management of the sales team. We provide them with the necessary tools in terms of sales techniques and product knowledge.

What did we achieve

  • 3 years of project and 2 sales platforms offering us added flexibility and the required growth capacity to meet project needs.

  • A consolidated and successful project that positions us as RACE’s provider of reference.
