The challenge

WiZink is the main sponsor at the WiZink Center, the largest all-purpose space hosting events in Madrid, the second in Europe and the 14th in the world. Each year, it receives more than a million visitors and in 2016 it hosted 135 events.

    WiZink was looking for a partner to manageits Credit Card Points of Sales on the premises.

This is what we did

We used the WiZink Center as a meeting point with the customer. We built our sales activity around customer interaction during key moments, such as when they enter and leave the premises.

  • Together with WiZink, we laid out the key KPIs and designed a business model that would clearly improve customer experience.
  • Our sales promoters, trained in WiZink products, collected client data in a simple and non-intrusive manner.
